Born and raised in Greenville, SC, Griffin learned his first lessons in leadership from his father, George Griffin, who would often share the parable of ‘holding your corner’.
Griffin used this parable to develop four key leadership principles – Humility, Authenticity, Resilience and Persistent Faith also known as The HARP Method, which have been his cornerstone for professional and personal success. Griffin has spent more than 20 years in leadership and has built engaged teams, developed future leaders and motivated and inspired others. Griffin resides in Charlotte, NC and is married with two children. He is a devoted member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, a member of 100 Black Men of Greater Charlotte and a 2018 Charlotte UNCF Mayor’s Masked Ball Honoree. Griffin has lead keynote presentations and workshops on the areas of Leadership in the 21st Century, Building Engaged Teams, Leadership through Authenticity and more. Patrick’s mission in life is to champion others to grow personally, professionally, emotionally and spiritually through mentorship and inspiration to help individuals realize their full potential.
